We have identified a critical issue affecting 3D PDF files generated by Elysium products. These files may not display correctly when opened in Adobe Acrobat or Acrobat Reader.

Issue Description

  • 3D PDF files generated by 3D-SUITE, including report outputs such as PDQ Checker, CAD Validator, and PMI Checker, may not render correctly in the latest versions of Acrobat and Acrobat Reader.

Cause

  • Following a security update released by Adobe on April 14, 2026, certain JavaScript APIs used in 3D PDF generated by Elysium products are no longer executed.
  • Affected versions of Acrobat and Acrobat Reader include version 26.001.21431 and potentially later versions.
