Summary
Elysium Inc. is a software company supplying to manufacturing organizations that use 3D product data—specifically, aerospace & defense, automotive, heavy industry, electronics, and medical device industries. We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven individual with 4+ years of 3D-related software sales or relevant mechanical engineering experience.
Candidate shall possess the ability to learn difficult products and strategies quickly while communicating effectively with clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospects to sell appropriate Elysium solutions
- Hold discovery and requirements gathering calls to identify process and technology needs
- Establish and build existing customer relationships, keeping awareness of mutual updates, including renewal management
- Support and lead projects with customers as needed, including pilot statements of work, CAD migrations, deployment to production, and other technical projects.
- Collaborate with leadership for development and execution of sales and customer success strategies
- Generate proposals, statements of work, and quotations
- Follow company processes and contribute or lead relevant improvement initiatives as needed
- Present in meetings and at industry events
- Maintain product knowledge and application to industry
- Attend tradeshows and industry events and travel to customers
- Contribute to marketing activities as needed
- Build and maintain industry knowledge
- Maintain awareness and updates from competition to recognize Elysium strengths and advantages
Required Skills
- 4+ years related experience (sales, software, engineering, manufacturing, customer service)
- Experience or knowledge in CAD/CAM/CAE and/or manufacturing
- 4-year degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or similar field
- Strong organizational skills and effective communication skills, professional English fluency
- Excellent work ethic with a desire to learn and improve
- Ability to learn quickly, retain knowledge, and implement acquired skills
- Results-driven, hard-working, and positive attitude with high level of professionalism
- Ability to build, foster, and maintain positive professional relationships, including poise to interact with individuals at all levels
- Must be able to demonstrate skills in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to travel
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge in Model-Based Enterprise (MBD/MBE)
- Knowledge or experience with PLM systems
- Knowledge in point-cloud/scanning and related software
- Portuguese language proficiency is a plus
Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven individual with 4+ years of 3D-related software experience. Elysium is open to experience levels (junior or senior) and compensation will reflect experience accordingly. Familiarity with the 3D interoperability industry is especially advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, support, and troubleshoot Elysium’s PLM/CAD related software solutions
- Support pre and post sales activities
- Document and report software requirements and issues to development team
- Conduct technical sales presentations
- Keep up to date on technical developments
- Host on-line and face-to-face software demonstrations
- Host end-user technical training
- Product support (Hotline, QA / Testing, & Delivery)
- Product documentation (Use case scenarios, Installation & Help docs)
- Software installation (Elysium, Windows / Windows Server applications)
- Assist with efforts for the publication of training materials, including documentation and sample use cases
Required Skills
- 4-year college degree pertaining to Aerospace, Automotive, Defense, or Engineering industries
- 2+ years 3D related software experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of at least one major CAD system including CATIA V5/V6, Creo Parametric, Inventor, NX or SOLIDWORKS
- Comfortable in client facing situations
- Ability to obtain a good understanding of the sales process
- Possess the capacity to create results through inspiration
- Have a keen interest in technologies, i.e. cloud solutions, AR/VR, AI
- Great investigative & problem-solving ability
- Capability & eagerness to learn quickly
- Self-motivated and prepared to make a difference
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Basic administration knowledge of Windows 11 and Windows Server
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Preferred/Bonus Skills
