Summary
Elysium Inc. is a software company supplying to key Automotive, Aerospace, Defense, and Electronics OEM’s and suppliers. We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven individual with 2-5 years of 3D-related software sales experience.
The candidate shall possess the ability to learn difficult products and strategies quickly while communicating effectively with clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Elysium product knowledge and application to industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and new customers, partners, & prospects
- Identify opportunities for customers to acquire Elysium software or expand usage
- Manage deployment projects with customers as needed
- Manage piloting activity with customers and technical team
- Serve as liaison with development on relevant projects
- Attend industry events and sessions and share relevant knowledge with appropriate stakeholders across Elysium global divisions
- Work with sales leadership to identify strategies to maximize revenue opportunities
- Support and manage current customer renewal activity as needed
- Lead discovery calls with prospects to gather requirements and qualify leads
- Generate proposals, statements of works, and review agreements
- Generate quotations and assist with managing master database information
- Present in meetings and at industry events; including Elysium-run webinars or events
- Attend tradeshows and industry events; supporting exhibit activity as well as sessions
- Contribute to marketing activities as needed
- Build and maintain industry knowledge
- Maintain awareness and updates from competition to recognize Elysium strengths and advantages
- Seek opportunities to cross-sell additional products/services to existing customers
- Engage in the customer life cycle and user experience to provide feedback into product direction
- Serve as Elysium representative when asked for industry-related working groups or consortiums such as PDES, Inc., 3DPDF Consortium, DMSC, JT Open, AIAG, PTC Technical Committees, ASME, DEDMWG, etc.
Required Skills
- 2-5 years related experience (sales, software, engineering, manufacturing, customer service)
- Experience or knowledge in CAD/CAM/CAE and/or manufacturing
- 4-year degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or similar field
- Strong organizational skills and effective communication skills, professional English fluency
- Excellent work ethic with a desire to learn and improve
- Ability to learn quickly, retain knowledge, and implement acquired skills
- Personable with poise to interact with individuals at all levels
- Results-driven, hard-working, and positive attitude with a high level of professionalism
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to varying situations and personalities
- Ability to build, foster, and maintain positive professional relationships
- Must be able to demonstrate skills in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to travel
- Ability to work in a small business environment with flexibility around duties
- Ability to support overtime as required for global collaboration, industry events, deadlines, etc.
Preferred Skills
- Spanish or Japanese is a plus
