Job Summary
- Install, support, and troubleshoot Elysium’s PLM/CAD related software solutions
- Support pre and post sales activities
- Document and report software requirements and issues to development team
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct technical sales presentations
- Keep up to date on technical developments
- Host online and face-to-face software demonstrations
- Host end user technical training
- Product support (Hotline, QA / Testing, & Delivery)
- Product documentation (Use case scenarios, Installation & Help docs)
- Software installation (Windows / Windows Server applications)
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of at least one major CAD system including CATIA V5/V6, Creo Parametric, Inventor, NX or SOLIDWORKS
- Basic administration knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows Server
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, Outlook)
- PLM / PDM system knowledge would be an advantage
- Comfortable in client facing situations
- Excellent work ethic with a desire to learn and improve
- Ability to obtain a good understanding of the sales process, retain knowledge, and implement acquired skills

- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and new customers, partners, & prospects
- Identify opportunities for customers to acquire Elysium software or expand usage
- Manage deployment projects with customers as needed
- Manage piloting activity with customers and technical team
- Serve as liaison with development on relevant projects
- Attend industry events and sessions and share relevant knowledge with appropriate stakeholders across Elysium global divisions
- Work with sales leadership to identify strategies to maximize revenue opportunities
- Support and manage current customer renewal activity as needed
- Assist with discovery calls with prospects to gather requirements and qualify leads
- Create and review sales documents/agreements as needed

- Manage timeline, milestones, objectives, scope, and priorities effectively
- Effectively capture and communicate (written and orally) on status, actions, objectives to appropriate stakeholders
- Liaison among customers, sales, technical, and development teams, including global contacts
- Lead internal projects as needed, including but not limited to marketing projects or campaigns, events, webinars, demonstrations, and updating presentations
- Attend industry events and sessions and share relevant knowledge with appropriate stakeholders across Elysium global divisions
- Assist with discovery calls with prospects to gather requirements and qualify leads
- Assist with pre-sales activity by supporting quote creation, agreements, drafting proposals or statements of work,
- Present in meetings and at industry events; including Elysium-run webinars or events or project briefings to executives
