Summary
Elysium Inc. is a software company supplying to key Automotive, Aerospace, Defense, and Electronics OEM’s and suppliers. We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven individual with 4+ years of 3D-related software experience.
Candidate shall possess the ability to learn difficult products and strategies quickly while communicating effectively with clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage outside/field sales
- Collaborate with management to set selling strategy, discuss revenue goals, and then develop and execute a strategy to meet those targets
- Generate proposals, statements of works, and review agreements
- Generate quotations and assist with managing master database information
- Manage deployment projects with customers as needed
- Present in meetings and at industry events
- Maintain product knowledge and application to industry
- Hold discovery and requirements gathering calls to identify process and technology needs
- Manage renewals of current customer base
- Attend tradeshows and industry events
- Contribute to marketing activities as needed
- Establish and build relationships with current customers
- Build and maintain industry knowledge
- Understand the problems and challenges of customers and identify ways to better address those needs
- Maintain awareness and updates from competition to recognize Elysium strengths and advantages
- Seek opportunities to cross-sell additional products/services to existing customers
- Engage in the customer life cycle and user experience to provide feedback into product direction
- Grow the business by identifying additional revenue generating opportunities
Required Skills
- 4+ years related experience (sales, software, engineering, manufacturing, customer service)
- Experience or knowledge in CAD/CAM/CAE and/or manufacturing
- 4-year degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or similar field
- Strong organizational skills and effective communication skills, professional English fluency
- Excellent work ethic with a desire to learn and improve
- Ability to learn quickly, retain knowledge, and implement acquired skills
- Personable with poise to interact with individuals at all levels
- Results-driven, hard-working, and positive attitude with high level of professionalism
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to adapt to varying situations and personalities
- Ability to build, foster, and maintain positive professional relationships
- Must be able to demonstrate skills in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to travel
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge in Model-Based Enterprise (MBD/MBE) is ideal
- Knowledge or experience with PLM systems
- Knowledge in point-cloud/scanning and related software is beneficial
- Spanish or Japanese is a plus

Job Summary
- Install, support, and troubleshoot Elysium’s PLM/CAD related software solutions
- Support pre and post sales activities
- Document and report software requirements and issues to development team
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct technical sales presentations
- Keep up to date on technical developments
- Host online and face-to-face software demonstrations
- Host end user technical training
- Product support (Hotline, QA / Testing, & Delivery)
- Product documentation (Use case scenarios, Installation & Help docs)
- Software installation (Windows / Windows Server applications)
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of at least one major CAD system including CATIA V5/V6, Creo Parametric, Inventor, NX or SOLIDWORKS
- Basic administration knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows Server
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, Outlook)
- PLM / PDM system knowledge would be an advantage
- Comfortable in client facing situations
- Excellent work ethic with a desire to learn and improve
- Ability to obtain a good understanding of the sales process, retain knowledge, and implement acquired skills
- Possess the capacity to create results through inspiration
- Have a keen interest in technologies, i.e., cloud solutions, AR/VR

Minimum Requirements
- 4-year degree in Engineering, Computer science or related field (required)
- 1-5 years industry work experience
- Must be a U.S. Citizen due to cybersecurity compliance for accessing and handling customer data
